Requires a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Must have 10 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have 10 years of experience with the following Managing and engineering projects in the building automation system industry; utilizing building automation system tools graphics and programming tools, including bacnet; managing multiproject deliverables; utilizing Microsoft Office suite, MS projects, and other scheduling and planning tools; knowledge of the construction and project management process; knowledge of building, electrical, and mechanical codes, standards, and regulations; knowledge of contract management, scope, terms, and conditions review; and experience working with multisite customers and critical facility environments. The position will oversee 11 employees, managing through Others manager of managers.br br br In lieu of a Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience, the company will accept 15 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have 15 years of experience with the following Managing and engineering projects in the building automation system industry; utilizing building automation system tools graphics and programming tools, including BACnet; managing multiproject deliverables; utilizing Microsoft Office suite, MS projects, and other scheduling and planning tools; knowledge of the construction and project management process; knowledge of building, electrical, and mechanical codes, standards, and regulations; knowledge of contract management, scope, terms, and conditions review; and experience working with multisite customers and critical facility environments.br br Travel required up to 30 of the time.
