Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Masters degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills providing technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle; and designing and developing largescale, multitiered, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems or services using Object Oriented Design, and C#, C, or Java.
