Ph.D. or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Signal Processing, Machine Learning, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in the following skills stateoftheart signal processing, time series, or machine learning technologies such as signal analysis, forecasting, deep learning, and methodologies for both supervised and unsupervised machine learning; experience in creating novel algorithms; and programming using C, C, Python, or MATLAB.
