Position requires a high school diploma, or foreign equivalent, plus 6 months of experience in the job offered, or as a Forester, Head of Woodworking industry, or similar position working with wood or comparable materials. Specific experience must include measuring and marking cutting lines on wood and comparable materials; reading blueprints and studying specifications to determine dimensions and the required materials for constructing, installing and repairs; using power and hand tools including table saw, miter saw, compressor, power drill, screwdriver, sander, router, nail gun, top handle jig saw, caulking gun, dreamer mulitools, and tape measurer; deconstructing fixtures made of wood and comparable materials and assembling them back together once the necessary parts are repaired; and following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. Must be willing to regularly travel within the state.
