AVANADE – $157,477.00/Year

The position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, plus at least five 5 years of postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered, as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, or in a similar technology consulting role within the IT industry. A qualified applicants professional experience must include 5 years of experience utilizing Microsoft .NET and SQL Server to design, develop and deliver business applications; 1 year of experience building, designing, and implementing automation solutions leveraging RPA technologies such as Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Platform; 4 years of experience managing large or multiple teams of developers to automate business processes; 4 years of experience working with client organizations and service delivery teams to define deliverables, budget, schedule, dependencies, service levels, and other operating metrics and scope; 4 years of experience managing issuesrisks as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders; and 4 years of experience partnering with client, delivery, account and solution teams to achieve client outcome improvement.
