Must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering or related technical field and at least five 5 years of postbaccalaureate progressively responsible experience as a Technical Lead or related occupation. Must have at least five 5 years of progressively responsible employment experience with each of the following required skills Technically leading software projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development, produce technical documentation, testing and defect management; Applying significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service; Conducting design, code and test reviews; Ensuring work adheres to all SDLC and agile methodology requirements; Web technologies including HTML, J2EE, Java Servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, Java script, JQuery, XML, JSON, AJAX, and Sencha EXTJS; Database tools and technologies including Toad, JDBC, PL SQL, RDBMS Database Oracle 9i10g, MS SQL Server, MS Access, and My Sql; Studying current processes and coming up with measurable improvements and value additions wherever possible and presenting to Management; and Software QA including Standards Procedures Development, SDLC Testing, Test plan, Design Development, and planning Automated Testing Strategy.
