Employer will accept a Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school and 18 months of experience in the job offered or a lawyer related occupation. Must be licensed to practice law in the US. Experience must includebr br 1. Twelve months of experience in employment based immigration representing employers;br 2. Advising, preparing and filing employment based nonimmigrant petitions, including H1B petitionsbr 3. Advising, preparing and filing employment based immigrant petitions and applicationsbr 4. Six months of experience working in a high volume corporate immigration practice where immigration program supports more than 100 foreign nationals in a yearbr 5. Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda andor legal briefs to be filed with the USCIS, or Department of Labor in support of employment based petitions and applications; andbr 6. Directly or indirectly managing legal assistants and other legal professionals assisting with the preparation and filing of petitionsapplications.
