Education Bachelor Mechanical Engineering or in a related field of study;br Experience Four 4 years in the position above, as a Production Engineer or in a related automotive manufacturing engineering role;br Experience must includebr 1. Manage, plan and execute projects for manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards and safety objectives are met.br 2. Support IATF audit activity.br 3. Enhance manufacturing efficiency utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.br 4. Troubleshoot machine down time issues and develop improvements for machine process uptime.br 5. Budget experience in high volume manufacturing.br Will accept equivalent foreign degree; will accept a graduate degree in above major fields of study and two 2 years of relevant work experience; will also accept any fully equivalent combination of education, training, andor experience.
