Must have at least seven years of experience managing a commercial team; managing design and building reviews as well as assessing potential cost variances and recommending available options; preparing and issuing construction tender packages, including the management of external stakeholders to ensure coordinated tender package. Must also have at least seven years of experience preparing policies and procedures for the implementation and management of Design and Construction phases for high net worth projects. Requires a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors qualification.
