Job requirementsbr br Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering any field, Construction Management, or related field or foreign equivalent. 60 month experience in the job offered or a similar occupation leading projects and teams in the construction industry.br br 1Leading teams in the management and control of scope, cost, and schedule for large construction projects.br 2Development, maintenance, and supervision of a master construction project management program, budget, and schedule.br 3Review and reevaluation of inprogress constructions projects, including schedule and fiscal management.br 4Preparation, development, and execution of program procurement and contracting processes on construction projects.br 5Assisting clients with scope, budget, and schedule, as well as Owners Project Requirements OPR and Basics of Design BOD.br 6Performing quality control and dispute resolution on construction projects.br 7Ensuring proper compliance on construction projects, including required permits, inspections, and certifications.br br Employment and background checks may also be required.
