Position requires a Masters degree US or foreign equivalent in sustainability, building science, architectural engineering, architecture, and environmental science, environmental building design or related field and four 4 years of experience in job offered, or as a building science engineer, environmental engineer or related position.br br Prior experience must include experience with each of the following Leading crossdiscipline teams; Participating in the talenthiring and mentoring process; Working with the marketing team on competitor analysis, generating marketing content including videos, white papers, blogs, and interviews; Consulting on WELL certified projects; Implementing building systems including HVAC, connected lighting, water filtration systems in commercial and residential buildings. Computational simulation in the relevant fields, including tools like Rhino3D, Grasshopper, DIVA, Ladybug Honeybee. Data analytics, proficient with tools like R, Python, Tableau, and SQL.br br Must possess Patents pending or granted in the relevant fields. WELL Certification andor LEED Green Associate GA or Accredited Professional AP certification.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
