Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field plus 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience creating complex financial models, such as cash flow models, property financial modeling, andor portfolio modeling.br br Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate loan underwriting, acquisition due diligence, real estate valuation, asset management, finance, or market research.br br Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience building financial analytics models and tools with MS Excel.br br Must a minimum of 3 years of experience working with a financial modeling software, including ARGUS.br br Requires domestic and international travel up 30 in order to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
