Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 8 years of experience of which 5 years are progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 7 years of work experience.br br Must have 3 years of experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carveouts including experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.br br Must have 4 years of experience in conducting assessments of technology, finance, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain infrastructure.br br Must have 3 years of experience in the integration or separation of client operations.br br Must have 3 years of experience in a consulting or professional services firm in mergers and acquisitions, which includes merger integrations, divestitures, andor carveouts.br br Must have 2 year of experience in synthesizing approaches in complex integration or divestiture conflicts.br br Must have 2 year of experience in projectengagement management, including managing engagements and engagement related budgets, as well as managing, developing and coaching professional employees.br br Requires domestic and international travel up to 80 to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
