Required expertiseknowledge includes Product designreleaselaunch with an automotive OEM directly or with Tier 1 supplier. Integration of stateoftheart design and manufacturing methods into product concepts and designs including familiarity with GDT and dimensional engineering. Managing projects with tight timing constraints with minimum supervision. Relevant manufacturing processes and lightweight, recyclable, and sustainable materials. Automotive product launch experience. FMVSS requirements and CAE required to deliver requirements. Proficiency in CATIA V56 andor Enovia.br br This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field and 10 years of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation.br br Ability to travel up to 30 within and outside of the U.S. to various unanticipated project sites based on project needs.
