Masters degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or in STEM Majors Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, and 5 years of experience in a related technical occupation required.br br The position also requiresbr br 3 years experience in leading and coordinating with engineering, product cross functional teams to address complex customer escalations, prioritizing product issues, communicating to stakeholders and leadership, escalating when help is needed.br br 5 years experience dealing with medical devices and with healthcare practices.br br 2 years experience working as a liaison between service and engineering aligning feedback from customers in early adopter program.br br 2 years experience in leading and coordinating serviceability related improvements with product, engineering, and service teams.br br 5 years experience in trouble shooting customer issues both at internal and external customer sites and with tools like Salesforce, ALM, Rally.br br 2 years experience with coding languages java, javascript, tsql, c#, c, ksh or bash.br br 3 years leadership experience in a Radiology and Cardiology organizations, with healthcare and health tech industries.br br Telecommuting may be permitted 2 daysweek. When not telecommuting, employee must report into GE Healthcare office in Chicago, IL.br br GE HealthCare will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
