Requires Bachelors degree in information technology or related field plus five years of professional telephony development experience. Five years of experience must include five years of experience with each of the following 1 Building, engineering and supporting Cisco ICM telephony Contact Centers; 2 ICM Scripting; 3 Cisco CVP and call studio; 4 Call Recording platform build and support; 5 MS SQL; and 6 Alerting tools and automation.
