Experience is required and must include Working on high rise residential projects and lead Project Manager on at least one interior renovation project valued over 1 Million; Working with faade construction, procedures, installation techniques and familiarity of faade NYCDOB code, testing and inspection requirements; Handling complete financial management of change orders, monthly requisition and ACR of high rises residential projects; Creating trade specific scopes of work and subcontractor contracts; and Handling NYCDOB and NYCDOT permit renewal, expediting process and insurance updates through NYCDOB.
