Experience in concentrating solar power technology development and deployment; Experience as a systemlevel thinker who understands the fundamental physics underlying stateofthe art concentrating solar systems including optics, heat transfer, fluids, statics dynamics, chemistry, and thermodynamics; Experience with written and verbal scientific communications in both internal and publicfacing contexts; Experience developing performance and technoeconomic models for concentrating solar systems; Industry experience in all aspects of heliostat development, including sizing trade studies, wind load analysis, optical design at the heliostat and fieldlevel, design for manufacturing, and design for installation, operation, and maintenance; Research andor industry experience in central receiver development, including direct steam, molten salt, andor volumetric air receivers; Software development experience in simulation related to Concentrated Solar Power such as heliostat optics, or system performance; Experience either as technical project manager; Experience in startup or entrepreneurial environments with knowledge of the associated constraints, uncertainties, and needs.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. The years of experience listed in H.6A and H.10A do not apply to the required skills listed in this section. The employer will accept any level of experience, knowledge, or proficiency in the specific skills listed in this section.
