Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field, and 10 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Must possess 8 years of experience in the following designing and engineering IT solutions primarily in the HR domain; technical knowledge of at least one leading cloud HR platform, including Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors; design and engineering experience leading an implementation of migration from a legacy HR platform to a modern SaaS HR platform at a large multinational company; and integrating other SaaSbased solutions in the HR space, including CRM, ATS, or LMS. Telecommuting permitted up to two 2 times per week. Up to 5 domestic travel required.
