Will accept a Bachelors degree including 3year foreign Bachelor degrees in any field of study plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with solution design, Java, Struts, Spring, and Web Services. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited in items H.4 through H.14.
