Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree required. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Must have 36 months of training in a residency in internal medicine. Must have 36 months of training in a fellowship in cardiology. Must have 24 months of training in a fellowship in interventional cardiology. Training in structural interventional cardiology, complex percutaneous coronary intervention including chronic total occlusion CTO and peripheral vascular intervention is required. Must be board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology. Must be NBE board certified or board eligible in echocardiography. Must have valid Hawaii medical license or eligibility. Under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services CMS Federal Vaccination Mandate, all heath care workers must be fully vaccinated against COVID19 or have an approved medical or religious exemption from receiving the COVID19 vaccination.
