M. ARTHUR GENSLER JR. AND ASSOCIATES INC. – $103,834.00/Year

Must have two 2 years of experience working on both architectural and interior design in design firm environment. The two 2 years of design experience must include experience with all of the following Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp; Modeling using 2D3D software AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max; Using of sustainable and universal design concepts; Using California building codes, standards and building structures; Coordinating multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil consultants, and working directly with contractors; AND Resolving complex technical and design issues. In the alternative, we will accept a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience with working on both architectural and interior design in design firm environment. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of progressive design experience must include experience with all of the following Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp; Modeling using 2D3D software AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max; Using of sustainable and universal design concepts; Using California building codes, standards and building structures; Coordinating multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil consultants, and working directly with contractors; AND Resolving complex technical and design issues.
