Must have a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in IndustrialOrganizationalDevelopmental Psychology, Statistics or a related field plus five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as an Associate, Workforce Strategy Consultant or a related position. Must have five 5 years of progressively responsible experience with all of the followingbr Cleaning dataset with complex logic structure;br Constructing statistical tables and graphs and building multivariate regression models;br Performing advanced statistical analysis including regression modeling and statistical tests including significance testing and clustering using SAS and R;br Performing data transformation and quantitative analysis using large data sets to provide labor market insights;br Supporting labor market diagnostics regarding diversity and inclusion;br Explaining statistical analysis results and economics concepts to clients;br Using data visualization tools including Tableau;br Providing daytoday technical support to address issues or discrepancies with data and resolving data issues;br Peer reviewing and overseeing data structures built by junior analysts; andbr Building new tools and protocols for future use, including creating shiny modules in R shiny app, building user guide of tools, and writing SAS macros for improving the efficiency of programs.br br Alternatively, employer will accept a PhD or foreign equivalent in IndustrialOrganizationalDevelopmental Psychology, Statistics or a related field plus two 2 years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as an Associate, Workforce Strategy Consultant or a related position, as well as two 2 years of experience with all of the abovestated requirements.br br Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.br br Travel reqs 5 travel is required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
