Preconstruction process, including vendor onboarding, master service agreements, requests for proposal, bidding, and negotiation;br 5. Stakeholder, external consultant, and cross functional partner management;br 6. Resource planning; andbr 7. Office fitout construction management.br br Alternatively, Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field and 48 months of experience in the job offered or a construction managementrelated field.
