Algorithms, data structures, or systems software;br 2. Solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches;br 3. Gathering, manipulating, or analyzing complex, highvolume, highdimensionality data from varying sources;br 4. Communicating complex research in a clear, precise, and actionable manner;br 5. Research in topics closely related to machine learning, pattern recognition, signal processing, or artificial intelligence;br 6. Performing research that enables learning the semantics of data inertial sensors, pressure sensors, GPS, atmospheric data, images, video, or other modalities and advances the technology of intelligent machines;br 7. Adapting standard physicssimulation and optimization methods to best enterprise modern parallel environments distributed clusters, multicore SMP, or GPU;br 8. Developing highly scalable modeling and tools leveraging machine learning, statistics, regression, rulesbased models, or mathematical models;br 9. Java, C, or Python;br 10. Computational mechanics, computational physics, computer graphics, multidisciplinary design optimization techniques, or finite element modeling and analysis; andbr 11. Experience with computational mathematics such as largescale numerical linear algebra, numerical optimization, numerical PDEs.
