Clustering, Keyword Analysis Tool, and SQL to query databases for logging in bug reports;br 2. Reading, interpreting, and troubleshooting structured code including Python, SQL, and Ruby;br 3. Advanced SQL query authoring and optimization including Window and aggregate functions, complex joins, case statements;br 4. Building dashboards in Tableau;br 5. Using data tools such as Hive and SQL to support data requirements for projects and to track operational metrics;br 6. Project management including the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements;br 7. Quality measurement tools and methodologies for an online platform;br 8. Working across technical and business teams to deliver solutions;br 9. Program management skills such as managing large crossfunctional teams to achieve goals;br 10. Working in operations, quality, analytics, product, or equivalent;br 11. Analyzing existing quality processes and tools to provide recommendations for improvements, and partnering with engineering teams to implement change; andbr 12. Completing root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, and identify priorities.br br Travel required 15.
