Please note that the employer had already received the Prevailing Wage for this PERM application before the office moved to a new address. We completed the recruitment process for this PERM application with the new office location as the address had already changed. Since the new office address is in the same MSA and within a commutable distance of 3.7 miles, the employer is within the same MSA and as such we are filing the PERM with the same Prevailing Wage.
