Must have working three 3 years of experience with leading and fielding shopper qualitative and quantitative research, including survey design and either shopper interviews or moderating focus groups; working with Food Beverage within the consumer package goods CPG industry; working with advanced data sets and methodologies to highlight passive shopper behaviors at the virtual shelf; quantitative data analysis leveraging tools including Excel, SPSS, and Survey Reporter, as well as quantitative analysis with tools including Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Toluna, and Google Forms; and leveraging secondary data sources to inform forecasting, including Mintel, Statista, US Census Bureau, and PEW Research. Must have working one 1 year experience with coaching and mentoring junior talent across workload and career navigation. Travel required 10 of the time.
