Productiv, Inc., is a logistics and processing engineering firm specializing in the datadriven softwareasaservice SaaS management platform built for enterprises. This position is not entrylevel but is an integral part of growing and maintaining our operations. In order to develop software systems, infrastructure and features for our cloudbased platform, she must have advanced academic knowledge in the following Concurrent Programming and Data Structures; Algorithm Design and Analysis; Data Mining; Natural Language Processing; Automated Image Analysis; and Machine Learning. She must use this same knowledge to contribute to the development of our flagship productivity platform including Application Programming Interfaces and connectors to enterprise productivity applications, as well as our systems and features for application identification, cost analysis of SaaS applications, application recommendation, and removal of unnecessary applications. She must further apply the same knowledge to define the system architecture and support the team to deliver product goals in building various components of our software system with high quality and timeliness. She must be skilled in Concurrent Programming and Data Structures to design and implement distributed systemslevel software i.e., deployed across multiple servers, data centers, or cloud networks backend systems, and frontend customer facing web interfaces for our products for enterprise cloud services SaaS management. She must be skilled with Data Mining to identify and analyze issues, modify existing software to correct errors and upgrade interfaces, and improve performance and scalability. In addition, she must be skilled with Algorithm Design and Analysis in order to improve our product and ensure high operational reliability through deploying, operating, testing, and validating features and code modules for our platform. She must use this same skill to collaborate with other engineers, product managers, UX designers, and customers to understand and form the product requirements for improvements, new features, upgrades of our platform and features. Without an advanced, theoretical background gained through at least a Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Applications, or related, the applicant would not possess the advanced knowledge gained from academic coursework, research project, teaching assistantship, or practical training through internship or coop required for the role. The educational and advanced knowledge requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation in the context of our business and are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner. As our business involves realtime engagement data and insights platform to manage SaaS applications that is on the cutting edge of the industry, a lower degree e.g. a Bachelors degree or Associates degree in the same field does not provide the theoretical and advanced knowledge required to be able to contribute to our unique and industryshaping technologies. Likewise, experience instead of an advanced degree would not provide the level of theoretical and advanced knowledge required for this position.
