Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent and two years of construction management experience; OR Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent and five years of progressive postbaccalaureate construction management experience.br Experience must include two years of experience in each of the followingbr Developing and maintaining schedules with 2,500 or more activities for multimillion dollar construction projects;br Utilizing MS Project, MS Project Online, PWA, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam to build project schedules;br Utilizing construction standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools used for CPM scheduling;br Integrating Lean or Pull Plan methodologies into traditional CPM schedule;br Representing project team in clientfacing interactions; andbr Coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders, including superintendents, project managers, and other project engineersbr Experience may be gained concurrently.
