Requirements Engineering Manager must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering e.g., Electronics Engineering Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative STEM field foreign degree equivalent accepted and at least 10 years of experience with software development experience building customerfacing products and services. Work experience must also include but may have been obtained concurrently 5 years of experience leading engineering teams building services, data systems, APIs and web applications and designing and delivering distributed, highly available, large scale, high performing applications. Must also have 12 months experience utilizing technologies relevant to the position.br This position is fully remote and may telecommute from any location in the U.S. Occasional travel to companys offices for work reasons may be needed.br br The Beneficiary qualifies because Beneficiary earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2004, which is the equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering degree, which Shipt believes is a related quantitative STEM field degree related to the proffered position.br br The Beneficiary also earned the necessary 10 years of work experience because they worked at Tata Consultancy Services Limited as an Associate Consultant from November 2004 to April 2019 173 months. He was then employed at Target Enterprise, Inc., as a Senior Engineer and was promoted to Lead Engineer from April 15, 2019 to December 03, 2021 31 months. During all of this employment, the Beneficiary received the special skills requirements, including 5 years of experience leading engineering teams building services, data systems, APIs and web applications and designing and delivering distributed, highly available, large scale, high performing applications.
