IN LIEU OF BS5, EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A MASTERS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR CLOSELY RELATED FIELD PLUS 3 THREE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, JOB OFFERED, OR CLOSELY RELATED OCCUPATION.
