The position requires a Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field and ten 10 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.br br The position requires Certification as a Public Accountant U.S. or Foreign licensing accepted. The position also requires ten 10 years of experience in the following acting as CFO in a global manufacturing company; preparing interim and annual financials according to the US and IFRS GAAPS; raising funds, working with multinational banks; managing ABL Lines of credits, field audits and compliance audits; financial planning and analysis, costing, forecasting, budgeting, and multiple currency cash flows. The position requires experience in the following working as an expatriate; managing accounting, payroll, finance and IT departments consisted of at least 15 employees; risk management, financial hedging, and insurance coverage; working knowledge in global tax regulations, transfer pricing and taxation related to foreign intercompany transactions; and cultural familiarity with middle East business.
