Must also possess the following skillsbr br 1 Demonstrated expertise DE leveraging the latest industry testing and commissioning standards, procedures and guidelines, including IEEE and NETA to provide the most up to date certification and commissioning criteria;br br 2 DE leveraging IEC61850 ed. 2, section 10 to future proof protection and control integrated systems into highvoltage utility control schemes;br br 3 DE commissioning and verifying protection, automation, and control Intelligent Electronic Devices IEDs, including SEL, General Electric, Siemens, ABB, SEPAM, and MICoM to meet engineered protection standards for utility environments;br br 4 DE expertise leveraging Remote Terminal Units RTU, including SEL RTAC, Eaton SG425060, and WESDAC D20 to monitor and control field devices at remote sites for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition SCADA systems inside highvoltage utility environments; and,br br 5 DE expertise leveraging American Electric Power system standards, practices, and commissioning to provide safe, effective, and efficient commissioning and testing services.
