Experience monitoring technical product health and Key Performance Indicators KPIs and working with analytics teams for adhoc analyses. Experience prioritizing work across multiple product areas. Experience working with engineering teams to understand product tradeoffs for various technical approaches and making recommendations to leadership. Experience identifying customer problems and working with designers to translate customer usecases into software product features. Experience designing and leading software product experimentation with AB testing based on customer hypotheses and leveraging data from tests to inform decisionmaking. Experience with project management, aligning on resourcing and timelines, and providing progress updates to stakeholders. Experience identifying engineering technical constraints. Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously.
