J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school in the U.S. with a demonstrated proficiency in real estate corporate law and finance law gained through 3 years of professional experience, as detailed belowbr br A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience drafting and reviewing Purchase and Sale Agreements, Operating Agreements, Offering Memoranda, and other documents related to real estate transactions;br A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience reviewing and providing support on regulatory factors of real estate transactions and real estate investments, including support for negotiations regarding real property acquisition and real estate construction;br A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience supporting international business transactions and investments by staying current on changes in the law, specifically in China; and,br A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience supporting U.S. business ventures in China, including the establishment of Chinese subsidiaries and affiliates.br br Required Licensure Admitted to practice law in a minimum of one state in the United Statesbr br Required Travel local travel as necessary
