Juris Doctor J.D. or Master of Laws LL.M. and 1 year of experience in position offered or as an Associate, Attorney or Law Clerk at an international law firm with annual revenues exceeding 1 billion.br br All required experience must have included engaging in complex and highly sophisticated research and analysis of legal issues for clients including development finance institutions, direct lenders, export credit agencies, multilateral institutions, and commercial and investment banks; understanding financing deal structures to advise clients on legal, policy and general business issues for financing transactions, to develop and recommend legal strategy and positions on financing issues, and to draft finance documents, with precision and effectiveness; researching on complex legal issues arising from financing transactions; coordinating the preclosing, closing and postclosing process of financing transactions in various sectors with various parties; drafting, reviewing and commenting on legal opinions regarding a broad spectrum of domestic and crossborder financing transactions; and experience with multiple sectors of financing acquisition financing, crossborder transactions, international financing, recapitalizations, fund financing, secured and unsecured loan transactions.br br Must be admitted to NY bar.br br The alien identified in Section J, Daniel Chesler, was admitted to the NY Bar on June 28, 2021.
