Masters degree in TESOL, Education, Applied Linguistics, or a closely related field required.br 2 years of experience in ESL and Multicultural education, including developing ESL and TOEFL courses for foreign students.br Proficient and experienced in designing study aids and practice exam questions for English subjects ESL and TOEFL to measure students learning progress.br Familiarity and knowledge in curriculum design, secondforeign language acquisition and standardized test preparation, as well as Projectbased Learning, Scaffolding, Flipped Classroom, Collaborative Learning, etc.br Demonstrated knowledge in principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of teaching effects.br Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to develop trusting relationship with students and parents, and constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time; excellent presentation skills.br Willingness to work under flexible time schedule, including in the evening, weekends, and holidays.br Familiar with schools requirements for TOEFL scores and test dates; Able to help students register the test either in China or in the U.S.br Experienced with team working and familiar with recruiting and retaining highly qualified teaching staff.br Familiar with establishing the system of recognition and rewards for student achievement.
