Employer requires a Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, electrical or electronics engineering, or a closely related field, and at least eight 8 years of progressively more responsible work experience developing software within the software development life cycle SDLC and within a cloud environment utilizing software as a service Saas. In addition, the employer requires the followingbr br 1. Demonstrated knowledge of database systems, including programming and cloud hosting concepts to efficiently support the product gained through at least eight 8 years of work experience;br 2. Demonstrated ability with diagnostics and problem analysis with a programmer focus and specialization in a live environment gained through at least four 4 years of work experience;br 3. Demonstrated ability to manage integration between software systems and onboarding customers in both the prelive and live environment gained through at least four 4 years of work experience;br 4. Demonstrated experience maintaining Service Level Agreements SLA including change management gained through at least two 2 years of work experience; andbr 5. Demonstrated ability leading technical teams of software engineers gained through at least five 5 years in a team lead role.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.br br Telecommuting may be permitted as long as the employee is based in the Kennesaw, GA region as the employee must conduct regular visits to company offices in the Kennesaw, GA region.
